Located to the west of the existing main entrance to the Alice Peck Day Memorial Hospital Complex in Lebanon, NH, the MSC houses most of the outpatient departments at APD, including Primary & Family Care, General Surgery, Geriatrics, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Occupational Health, Urology, and Women’s Care. Additionally, the MSC includes outpatient phlebotomy, radiology, and rehabilitative services. Additional space is onsite for wellness education and a café.
The building is designed with energy efficiency and “LEED®-like” requirements. The frame is structural steel with a composite second-floor system (concrete slab on deck) and bar joist and deck roof framing. The exterior ’skin’ includes cultured stone and Fiber Cement Siding & Paneling. Site work included a new entrance drive with parking lot expansions, utilities, and landscaping.
