The Scott-Farrar Home is an Assisted Living Facility in Peterborough, NH. The project consists of demolishing its current building (a licensed Assisted Living Residence) and replacing it with a new facility. The new facility, under design by EGA Architects, consists of 25 independent living apartments, 20 assisted living apartments and 18 memory support apartments all with supporting services and common areas. Additionally, 16 garage spaces will be constructed.
The project is a joint venture between MacMillin and DEW. Preconstruction is underway and construction is anticipated to start in April 2013 with a completion date slated for September 2014.
