After construction was complete, one more area of MacMillin dedication to a superior result for the owner was the post-construction punch list completion. The work by Taylor Woodward, the Project Manager has proven to be very important in wringing out the issues of systems integration and attending to all the fine points of fit and finish of the final product. MacMillin also has assigned a quality control specialist to these issues of fit and finish to be certain that the entire building, inside and out, meets the strictest standards of owner expectation.

MacMillin turned a building, who most would have happily torn down, into a celebrated historic landmark that will stand and serve many generations to come. The end result is so jaw dropping to those who knew it before and then toured it tonight. We had a good number of our tenants who will live there tour the building.
