It is with pleasure that I once again write to express appreciation for another excellent project by DEW Construction. Our project at 88 King Street had many challenges: a tight city site, poor soils, complex budgeting and administration and an 11 month schedule to name a few. DEW staff have overcome all of these obstacles, and more too numerous to go into here, with aplomb, and produced a fine building that exceeds expectations in thermal performance and general fit and finish.

My company has used many contractors, both large and small, and i have to say the experience with DEW was the best so far. From the pre-planning and follow up by Matthew Wheaton, to the follow through and delivery of a finished product by John Edwards and Bobby Latiolais, the process was well organized , well executed and on budget.
It’s refreshing to come to a job meeting and not only have your superintendent always in a positive mindset, but have solutions to issues that came up in the previous week, it just takes the negative energy out of the process.

The transparency in how you do business was refreshing; this full disclosure pricing and now games put us on the same side of the table as you removed all speculation from our end on pricing.
