New construction of a 60,000 sf production facility.
The new, larger facility in Derby, VT houses production, distribution, marketing, sales and administration staff for its U.S. office, which employs nearly 100 people. The facility consists of a retail store & stockroom, production area & support, a lunchroom, a second floor with offices & administration, conference rooms, gym, showroom & support, and a warehouse with shipping & receiving areas. The building offers ample natural lighting and air purification systems.
