This 167,000 sf, 403 bed, multi-story, multi building apartment complex on the University of Vermont (UVM) campus offers 144 units for upperclassmen and graduate student housing.
The new apartments, which operate independently of the university and are technically “off campus,” are owned and managed by Redstone Commercial Group.
In addition to a mix of spacious studio, one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom loft style apartments the complex contains a lounge, game room, study rooms, theatre/media center, small exercise area and an outdoor gathering area. The design features two main wings, each a subtle curve that minimizes the mass from the exterior. The contemporary facade of Redstone Lofts is a blend of black brick accented with blue, yellow, and white panels. Both buildings contain open on grade parking underneath.
