Two new energy-efficient fire stations were built to replace existing stations in the Town and Village of Waterbury, VT.
The Main Street Station is a two-story, steel-frame building that houses apparatus bays for fire trucks and emergency vehicles, a conference/training room, offices, exercise room, and kitchen. The Maple Street Station is a single-story, wood-frame, peaked-roof building that includes apparatus bays for fire trucks and emergency equipment, day room, and workroom. Both stations feature radio rooms, toilet and shower facilities, laundry rooms, storage rooms, and gear storage racks.
