John Edwards, Project Manager:
John Edwards has joined the company as Project Manager. Edwards brings over nineteen years of construction experience to the firm, having managed a diverse range of projects including the new Brattleboro Food Co-op Plaza and the historic Bixby Memorial Library in Francestown, NH. Edwards is currently managing the construction of the new branch of Mascoma Savings Bank in Hartford, VT. Edwards holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Engineering from Clarkson University, is a registered professional engineer in the states of VT and MA, and is certified in Healthcare Construction.
Steve Hart, Project Manager:
Steve Hart has joined the company as Project Manager. Hart brings over 30 years of construction experience in estimating, superintendence and project management, working with clients including the Windham and Windsor Housing Trust in Brattleboro, VT and Cheshire Medical Center in Keene, NH. He is currently completing renovation projects for the Putney School in Putney, VT. Hart holds a degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology and served in the U.S. Marine Corp.
Carol Marsigliano, Project Administrator
Carol Marsigliano has joined the company as Project Administrator. Marsigliano has eight years in the construction industry and is a certified payroll specialist. Marsigliano is currently working with the team completing renovations at the Putney School in Putney, VT and new construction of the Scott Farrar Home in Peterborough, NH. Marsigliano holds a bachelor’s degree from Keene State College.
