Housing project underway in Bellows Falls

In partnership with Windham & Windsor Housing Trust and GBA – Architecture and Planning, The project consists of the renovation and repurposing of the Bellows Falls Garage, a 1920s era all-concrete parking garage, into a mixed-use, primarily residential building, containing 26 residential apartments, a small commercial space, and a community room.
