The use of the facility is about 5 years ahead of forecast. I attribute much of this success to the way in which DEW personnel managed the construction of the project. The budget was a tight one. Your personnel was the key to keeping the work organized and on budget. As the Owner’s Project Manager, I certainly appreciated the extra efforts.
