MacMillin’s early involvement with the project as a construction manager was invaluable during the initial programming, planning, and design phases. Their understanding and forward thinking of the different building systems and costs associated with each helped -keep the design team on budget while also meeting the programmatic goals of the owner.
Once building construction started, the project team again was superlative demonstrating great skill to accomplish an invasive project while allowing the existing facility to remain operational overcoming budgetary, regulatory, and programmatic challenges throughout the entire process.
