As the owner’s representative, I have worked with DEW in construction meetings, in change orders, in debates, in budget meetings and in emergency situations; and it is important to understand that in a large school with over 1000 teenage students and 200 staff many situations happen. I would say in all aspects of this project, DEW has been nothing but exceptionally helpful, professional and timely.
As part of this project, we were constructing and renovating while running a full time career/technical center in the same building. Needless to say, sometimes there were disruptions; but DEW ensured a safe and productive site.
