On bid day we were well over budget. Well, we always are but this was quite a bit more than usual. DEW sat right down with us, said, ‘We are going to make this happen!’, rolled up their sleeves and helped develop creative value engineering items that made the project feasible with minimal compromises to project quality.
The project quality was high, the schedule was met, paperwork was good. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with this team again and I would recommend anyone to build their building with this DEW team.
