About As Vice President of Preconstruction, Conor oversees the estimating, preconstruction, and MEP departments, developing strategies to manage risk and protect project margins. Conor is responsible for the successful delivery of preconstruction services to our clients, from marketing and negotiating the preconstruction agreement to achieving a successful GMP and project turnover to the construction team. Conor collaborates with preconstruction managers, estimators, project managers, and superintendents to develop accurate information and identify potential risks upfront, enabling owners to make informed decisions early on. With vast industry experience, Conor has extensive expertise in the education, multifamily, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors. His background in preconstruction and MEP services makes him a valuable resource for our clients and our DEW staff. Conor excels at maintaining positive client relationships and presenting owners with innovative solutions for their construction needs. Experience Conor began his journey in the construction industry at the young age of 16, working for a sitework company. During the summers, he honed his skills by building homes as a carpenter. With nearly 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Conor has developed a deep understanding of various aspects of the field. For the past 10 years, he has been a dedicated member of the DEW team, contributing his expertise and knowledge to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

About With over 30 years of industry experience, Trevor is an exceptionally skilled Director of Estimating at DEW Construction, proficient in project management, cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance. Trevor leads the estimating department, focusing on understanding customer needs, building relationships, and generating/maintaining new subcontractors’ interest. He excels in preparing and discussing project estimates, possessing a strong understanding of Construction Management and “hard bid” projects. Leveraging his experience, Trevor effectively plans, coordinates, and estimates our more complex projects, supported by the estimating team. Additionally, he mentors junior estimators to encourage innovation and problem-solving. Trevor establishes clear processes for analyzing project requirements, integrating benchmark data to create detailed cost estimates, and developing workflows to manage estimate requests and communicate with stakeholders. Experience Trevor’s construction career began at a young age, working for his family’s construction company, where he started by sweeping floors after school. His passion for building grew as he worked independently as a carpenter during college. Trevor’s career progressed when he joined a residential construction company as an Assistant Project Manager, gaining valuable experience. He further demonstrated his expertise as the Project Manager for the USAID Kyrgyzstan project, overseeing complex international projects.
