In accordance with the FedEx time constraint, you folks started this project in early January and handed it over to us in June, under budget, and on schedule. This was a remarkable feat given the cold winter weather that you experienced this year. It should be noted that the project was carried out in a clean, safe and efficient manner with no disruption to the busy FedEx operations.
