What really stood out was that the top-to-bottom renovation took place while the building was in full operation and seeing patients daily. DEW developed a solid phasing plan taking into account the needs of our providers and staff. DEW staff communicated with them throughout the project and made every effort to address their needs and requests in the process. I heard nothing but but praise and appreciation from the staff.
