Rutland Herald Article on CCV Rutland

This fast track project is located in heart of Rutland in the Business District. I visited the project last Friday, August 12th and was able to take some great progress photos.
DEW Awarded Village at Autumn Pond!
DEW was recently awarded Preconstruction Services for The Village at Autumn Pond in Essex Junction, VT. The multi-phased project will consist of 270 to 300 residential units, a community center, and various site amenities which may include a pool, walking trails and play structures. Construction is expected to commence next April.
